Fraemling plot

Director Mikel Cee Karlsson is working on a film with and about his best friend Mathias, a young father who one day reveals that he leads a double life. Circumstances have left Mathias in a criminal underworld from which it seems impossible to get rid of his debts and from which he desperately tries to escape. Through a combination of documentary material, interviews and re-enacted scenes, a story is told about the thin line between victim and perpetrator in a ruthless world and about a close friendship, deafening silence and growing up into something you never wanted to be.
