Fix ME plot

Raed Andoni is suffering from a agonizing headache that has been going on for years as a result of tensions in Ramallah, a Palestinian city in the West Bank. He tries to do something about his problem with the help of therapy. The state of alienation that exists deep within him and manifests itself in relation to his therapist, family and friends reflects the situation of all Palestinians in relation to their history and homeland.
