Esprit de Cantine plot

Filmmaker Nicolas Paquet sketches an intimate portrait of the 'casse-croûte'; the sandwich shops in the rural areas, which the residents of Quebec particularly love. He introduces the viewer to two of these distinctive places: Chez Mimi, in the middle of the industrial village of Saint-Alexandre-de-Kamouraska, and Le Connaisseur, in the small tourist town of Tadoussac.
