Escaping the Flood plot

Documentary filmmaker Frans Bromet and his wife Anita have lived in the idyllic North Holland village of Ilpendam for forty years. His two daughters and sons-in-law also live there. When experts predict that Ilpendam will be flooded within 50 years, Frans wonders whether it would not be better to leave the village now and to live and work elsewhere with the whole family.
