Elvis Costello plot
Singer-songwriter Elvis Costello, son of Ross McManus (musician and singer with a dance orchestra), went through many metamorphoses during his career. His early records were full of references to the Stones and the Beatles. He later used elements of Motown, Stax and other soul labels to generate a new post-punk sound. Since the 1980s, he has explored countless musical paths and collaborated with the likes of Paul McCartney and Burt Bacharach. Costello talks about his childhood, his career, his musical influences and his collaborations with other musicians.
