El Poder de la Palabra plot

Documentary about a man who sells knick-knacks in buses, but fears for his job when he hears an announcement from the Chilean government. Chile must become a world-class economy, with modern public transport where there is no place for peddlers like Hardy. He forms an alliance with 2000 colleagues who, like him, want to survive the modern age.
