In the autumn of 2009 the Nederlands Danstheater (NDT) celebrated its 50th anniversary. Four dancers of different ages outline what it means to them to work for this world-famous and leading dance company. They depict their love for dance and their mutual relationship in a choreography made especially for them in this documentary about passion and sacrifice, pioneering and perseverance.
