Eat Your Catfish plot

Kathryn from New York, mother of filmmaker and sociologist Noah Arjomand, has the deadly disease ALS and is completely paralyzed. Communicating is only possible by pointing out letters with her eyes on a special keyboard. She needs 24 hour care. It is a horrific situation that Kathryn expresses as sober as well as sharp. The only reason she hasn't requested euthanasia yet, she says, is that she doesn't want to say goodbye to her children yet. In any case, she wants to experience the wedding day of her daughter Minou.
