Driving with Selvi plot

There are currently more than 700 million women living in the world who have been married off before the age of 18. A third of these child brides come from India, like taxi driver Selvi. The young woman was married off when she was 14, after which she was mistreated and abused by her older husband. She managed to escape and chose a life that is not obvious in India: she learned to drive a car, moved to the city and became the first female taxi driver in southern India.
