Dope Is Death plot

The story of Mutulu Shakur, the stepfather of rapper Tupac Shakur, is a combination of controversial political activism and the civil rights struggle. A member of the Black Panthers, he and the Young Lords stood up for the poor in New York's South Bronx in the early 1970s. He, along with others, was behind an acupuncture program to get people off drugs.
