Dirty Dogs plot

A hot dog cart war in New Orleans’ iconic French Quarter is headed all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court. Incredibly, the Supreme Court has upheld a food truck monopoly that has been in effect for more than 50 years, denying New Orleans residents, particularly people of color, the ability to own their own food truck business in the highly lucrative French Quarter neighborhood.
