Dichterbij plot

Hilmano van Velzen, the 'Homeless Poet' and Dutch celebrity wants nothing more than to become famous with his poetry. But his addiction and character stand in the way. In 'Closer' we see Hilmano during his quest for recognition and his constant struggle with drugs and himself. Can his poems give him the recognition he craves after 37 years of living on the streets?
