Der Große Demokrator plot

Filmmaker Rami Hanze wants to commit himself to a meaningful cause. He wants to do something really useful. Thus begins the story of a journey that leads him to Cologne-Kalk. He collects 10,000 euros in donations and makes these available to the residents of Kalk, who must decide for themselves how they will spend the money in their neighborhood under the motto 'Democratic Approach'.
