De Youngsters plot

'I hope I die before I get old.' It's one of those lyrics that an entire generation of baby boomers made their own in the 1960s. Now this generation is old, but according to documentary maker Anne Dijkhorst, the image that young people have of 'aging' does not match the attitude to life of many of these seniors. She therefore portrayed thirty special elderly people in the book De Youngsters and made a short documentary about three of them. They are old, but young at heart.
