De Risicojongens plot

At the beginning of 2007, well before the economic crisis, Frans Bromet saw two boys in Harry Mens' 'Business Class' programme. They are Vincent Kersten and Wladimir Meijer. They provide Dutch investors with high returns when they invest in land in Montenegro. Frans Bromet is impressed by the television performance of the young entrepreneurs. Who are these risk guys? Who are their investors? Why are they willing to take such a high risk? Bromet decides to follow the entrepreneurs with his camera.
