De Andere Familie Frank plot

The film starts with archive material from the Frank family from Ochten. Everyone from the Gelderland village still remembers them. Before the Second World War, the Jewish family had a successful textile shop there. Father Sam Frank was a prominent and beloved figure. Secretary of the concert band, which still exists to this day. The now elderly Ochtenaren carefully study the amateur images of their former villagers and reminisce.
