Dalu Chaotian plot

The abuses surrounding the construction of a gigantic highway in Hunan province from the perspective of the local population, the construction company and the construction workers. In 2008, the Chinese government decided to invest $586 billion in infrastructure to stimulate the economy. The new highway fits in with President Hu's modernization process. In reality, corrupt party members, bad employers and local mobsters rule the day.
