Graham Hornigold's father died before he was born, and his mother gave him up for adoption when he was two. Forty-five years later, a woman appeared in Graham's life claiming to be his mother and that she had only six months to live. But Graham was about to become a father for the first time. The title almost gives it away, so what remains is an extensive (and ultimately dull) recounting of this woman's scams. A thin story, then, and Green struggles to fill its 80 minutes.
