Colombe Sauvage plot

Colombe Saint-Pierre, chef and owner of the Chez St-Pierre restaurant in Le Bic, in Bas-Saint-Laurent, was awarded the first Lauriers de la gastronomie in 2018. Her goal: to change the habits of the Quebecois, they rediscover the local produce and emphasize the naturally wild, edible nature of each product.
