Child Miners plot

Thirteen-year-old Jorge and nine-year-old Alex work for two dollars a day in a poorly maintained tin mine. Director Vázquez films them at home, on the road and underground. They say that they want to go to school to become a lawyer. The election of President Morales, who started out as a poor Indian, offers hope.
