Cechanok plot

From the capture of field mice in a fishing village in Iran to competitive falconry shows in Abu Dhabi, this observational, almost textless documentary shows the full cycle of falconry in the Middle East step by step. Each step is a new chapter, marked with a title and poetic assignment. An old man, for example, quietly digs an underground trap in a windswept sandy plain, which he connects to his own camouflaged shelter. Two boys help him with the time-consuming job, while a bird tied to the top of the car, bait for the falcons to be caught, stares at them...
