Catching a Killer: A Knock at the Door plot

On January 31, 2017, 64-year-old Hang Yin Leung knocked on the door. When she opens the door, the life of the Sino-British woman and her family changes forever. Not only is their house looted, when the woman makes a statement to the police, she suddenly becomes seriously ill. Eleven days later, when all possible forensic evidence is long gone, she dies. This documentary follows the arduous murder investigation for a year and tells the seldom-told story of Chinese migrants seeking a better life.
