Camí Lliure plot

This documentary takes a deep dive into the mind, heart and creativity of Chef Raül Balam. Achieving excellence in the competitive culinary world is a task that requires hard work, which is no problem for him as that example has always been present with his mother, Carme Ruscalleda. Raül was immersed in the world of drug addiction for several years, which left him unable to be a rational person who loved life. It also prevented him from growing professionally. Still, he finally managed to get up and be the person he is today, the real Raul. This documentary shows part of his journey since the closure of Sant Pau, his mother's three-star restaurant.
