Bye Bye Africa plot

The film is about filmmaking in Africa. Moussa Hassan (Mahamat Saleh Haroun) is a film-maker living in France who returns to Chad after fifteen years because his mother has died. There he is confronted with the economic crisis, from which the cinema is also suffering: the many cinemas from his youth have had to make way for video stores. Moussa talks to a small film producer and an unemployed projectionist. An audition takes place that attracts everyone, and he runs into an old friend who still has warm feelings for him.
