Burning Out plot

For two years, filmmaker Jérôme le Maire followed the employees of the surgery department in a large Paris hospital. Heavy workload, extreme stress, understaffing and budget cuts have had a disastrous effect on the atmosphere in the department. Doctors almost fight each other out in the OR, and the nursing staff is also having a hard time. Everyone is walking on their gums. "We cram, cram and cram," sighs an overworked doctor after looking at the planning board.
