Brief aan de President plot

Bobi Wine is the hip-hop and prominent opposition leader of President Museveni in Uganda. On August 14, 2018, he narrowly survived an attack. Soon after, he was arrested and tortured. Under pressure from demonstrations in Uganda and abroad, Wine was released. He left for the US to recover and then returned to pick up his music and the resistance against President Museveni.
