Brandend Verlangen plot

With Burning Desire, documentary maker Frans Bromet made a series of portraits of inveterate smokers who all fell ill: lung cancer. They tell us why they started it and how difficult it is to get rid of the addiction. The love for the cigarette eventually turned out to be a merciless love. One of the patients in the film: 'I always said, I have to die of something. In addition, I also eat healthy. But in the end it doesn't work that way, unfortunately.'
