Black Ice plot

In September 2013, the Greenpeace vessel Arctic Sunrise sets course for the Arctic Ocean. At that point, the crew, on their way to protest the oil drilling, has no idea what to expect. They are arrested and face 15 years in prison. Black Ice tells the story of the Arctic 30 up close. We follow the ship and the Greenpeace activists from the moment of departure, through the arrest of the crew, the trial and what followed.
