Bambara Blues plot

Bambara Blues is a documentary about the Griotte Ami Diarra from Mali. Its mission is to educate the local population about AIDS. She does this through the singing tradition of the Griots. Due to the flow of emigrants to the gold mines of the rapidly expanding mining town of Kayes, the HIV virus has also found its way to the people in and around Kayes.
