"We are the power."
Freddie Gray died in 2015 while in police custody. This created a tense atmosphere in Baltimore. Peaceful protests and devastating riots broke out in the wake of Gray's death, as the city awaited the fate of the six police officers involved in the incident. This documentary follows activists, police officers, local leaders and gangs who struggle to keep Baltimore together, even as the murder rate hits record highs.
