Augustijn plot

The charismatic Stijn is a Belgian converted to Muslim from Aalst. In short scenes, often filmed up close, we follow him to places in the Aalst area of his childhood. This Catholic city, where the textile industry is becoming less dominant and where conversion to Islam is a sensitive issue, has been captured in hushed, watery images.
