"On July 20, 1969, the whole world stopped. Where were you?"

Worried that the Russians would keep the lead in the space race and be the first to put a man on the moon, NASA felt enormous pressure to finish the Apollo program as soon as possible, despite knowing it was pushing too hard. would lead to the ultimate accident. This film shows the tensions felt not only by the three astronauts (Aldrin, Armstrong and Collins), but also by their families and the teams of technicians who trained to deal with everything that could go wrong.
