Anny plot

"Even the most ordinary life has its value, nobleness and dignity"

It wasn't until she was 46 that Anny started soliciting. Since then she keeps returning, in all weathers, to the Prague streets where cars pass at walking pace. Just like Helena Třeštíková's film crew keeps returning to Anny, from 1996 to 2012. Anny always has a smile for the camera, which she also gives her customers during her work as a toilet attendant. She often has a hard time worrying about her grandchildren and her health. But you can't stop smoking.
