Alda plot

She just throws a chicken off the balcony and thinks her neighbor is a secret agent: Mrs. O. suffers from Alzheimer's disease, which she affectionately calls "Alda". Full of humour, self-mockery and irony, this headstrong woman comments on her daily life in Prague. On the door is a list of family and friends she can let in if she no longer recognizes their faces. Sometimes she thinks she's still under communism – if she doesn't hang the flag outside on Labor Day, she's afraid she'll be arrested.
