Addicted to Solitude plot

"If you have no love, you are going to become cruel."

Documentary by Jon Bang Carlsen, set up as a travelogue, about post-apartheid South Africa. The director talked to various inhabitants of rural South African areas about the history of their country and their desires and dreams for the future. In doing so, he contrasts the beauty of the landscape with the heaviness of the events that have taken place in the recent past.
