A Queima Roupa plot

This documentary examines police brutality and corruption in Rio de Janeiro over the past twenty years. Under the guise of the 'war on drug gangs', the police murdered many innocent favela residents. Brazilian favela residents are doubly affected: not only do they have to fear from mafia bosses and drug violence, they also have to deal with a violent and corrupt police system.
