Today, one person in six has too little food. In this century alone, the world population will increase to 10 billion. Where do we get enough food for each individual to survive? How do we stop humanity from destroying the very foundations of their own food sources? Valentin Thurn travels around the world studying the essence of food production, meeting different interest groups. He meets organic farmers and agro-industry speculators, visits urban gardens and commercial slaughterhouses. Thurn shows us the opinions and visions of all groups, along with their approach to the future.
