"WHO MURDERED THE SEX-MAD MOVIE PRODUCER WHOSE SZPECIALITIES WERE KEPT-WOMEN AND UNKEPT PROMISES?"
The film producer Roger Morgan is in love with Ruth Evans. Ruth has the lead role in his current movie. Roger has selected her to star over his former mistress Fifi La Rue. Although he is known as a womanizer, Roger seriously wants to marry Ruth, but Ruth's mother Jean is against this marriage because he previously ruined her marriage. When Roger insists on marrying Ruth, Jean threatens him and director Val Lewis, who is also in love with Ruth, warns him.
