The Frame-Up plot

"SHOOTING THE WORKS IN THRILLS!"

Horse racing is cheated, leaving an honest person to blame for the illegal activities of gambler Larry Mann. Detective Mark MacArthur wants to round up Mann and his henchmen, but he has to stop when these illegal gamblers kidnap Mark's girlfriend Betty Lindale. Forced to work with them, Mark looks for a way to both save Betty and bring these criminals to justice at once.
