Tenderloin plot
"Mile-a-Minute Melodrama of New York Night Life"
Rose Shannon is a dancer at Kelly nightclub in New York's red light district ('tenderlion'). She remotely worships Chuck White, a young member of a gang of criminals who use the Kelly nightclub as their hangout. However, Chuck considers Rose a toy and uses her as his toy. Rose is unaware of her position when she is involved in a crime she knows nothing about and is arrested by the police.
