Suri plot

Brother and sister, Kaido and Rei work as pickpockets on the Tokyo subway. Rei gets himself groped in a crowded subway while Kaido empties the pockets of the groping. The two are regularly watched by a middle-aged cop, who usually just lets them do their thing. Rei finds it annoying when Kaido takes the street boy Kazuki under his wing as an "apprentice". It becomes Kazuki's job to keep Kaido off the booze. However, Kazuki has other plans.
