"They make the Sopranos look like choir boys."

Sam, a retired criminal, meets his son Rick whom he hasn't seen in 25 years. Rick soon discovers Sam's dark past as well as his new plans. Sam wants to take one last shot and asks Rick for help. Together with Sam's henchmen, they devise a plan to defraud famous television presenter Steve Skylar. But their perfect plan spirals out of control. What should have been a simple job turns into a terrible massacre. With a suitcase full of money they flee through Los Angeles and the surrounding area and try to stay out of the hands of the police, the FBI and mob boss Lawrence Molina. During their flight, the death toll rises sharply and their chance of survival diminishes by the minute...
