Quiet Kill plot

Amy Martin is unhappy with her husband. While he works day and night as a surgeon in the hospital, she spends her lonely hours at home and on the tennis court. And that's exactly where her eye falls on the charming young heartthrob Steve Sterns. Her friend Sheila makes contact, he likes an adventure with the beautiful Amy. They quickly find themselves in an affair that sparks. But then Amy discovers that the man has a split personality. The loving lover turns out to have a sinister and obsessive black side. Amy ends the relationship, but he isn't satisfied with that. He starts stalking her and the violence gets closer and closer to her. Amy even suspects him of the serial murders of some local prostitutes. She tips the police, but it backfires. When her best friend Sheila is found dead, she knows her end is near.
