Protéa plot
Gottenberg Police Commissioner Messenia is informed that a treaty will be concluded between the two neighboring countries of Keltia and Slavonia. This is contrary to Gottenberg's interests. Protéa, a notorious adventurer, is tasked with obtaining a copy of the document. Before accepting the assignment, Protéa enlists the help of an inmate known as "The Eel". The prisoner is released and he and Protéa begin their mission.
