Patsany plot
Fifteen-year-old Vova Kireev has no mother and lives with his alcoholic and abusive father. If he is caught pickpocketing, he is sentenced to two years in prison, one of which is suspended. Pavel leads a camp for difficult and criminal teenagers and puts in a good word for Vova during his trial. This allows him to go to the camp instead of to jail.
