"A story that's in the air with some people on the level."
The metalworker Cocky Biff Williams works at great heights in his profession. He now works in a 24-story building in New York. Cocky flirts from his work position with the beautiful Lynn Crawford who is behind a nearby office window. However, Lynn is a blackmailer in the real estate business. When they later reunite, Lynn convinces Cocky to invest his savings in lots that have no value. Cocky is not aware of anything and he even advises his colleagues to invest their money in this too…
