Night Cargo plot

Bruce Donaldson is looking for his long-lost love Claire Martineau. He meets Shark, a planter from Singapore, who eventually makes him his business partner. Unbeknownst to Bruce, his missing fiancée Claire works as a dancer at a Singapore nightclub under the name Marty. Shark, who financially supports this nightclub, asks Claire to marry him, but she is still homesick for the man who once left her because his wealthy family didn't think much of entertainers.
