Mo' plot

Sam Follow is a private investigator in Los Angeles. He is tasked by a European studio to find a popular actor who has disappeared without a trace. They don't want to involve the police. The case becomes particularly bizarre when no one wants to give any information and the actor is still remembered with difficulty. Then he meets a beautiful blond woman who makes his head spin. What does she have to do with the case?
