When narcotics detective Eugene "Mack" McCanick discovers that seemingly innocent young criminal Simon Weeks has been released from prison, it sparks a storm of violence. Unbeknownst to the chief of police, Mack, along with his partner Floyd, embark on a merciless manhunt for Weeks. The closer Mack gets to his prey, the more it becomes clear that his rage stems from the past.
