Lord Jeff plot
Geoffrey Bramer is a spoiled child. One day he sets out with two petty thieves to pose as an aristocrat and thus steal from jewelers. During a theft, Geoffrey is arrested. As a result, he is sent to a re-education school where young men are trained to be sailors. There he befriends Terry O'Mulvaney, an exemplary sailor, but both boys get into trouble.
